Advanced Gear Cutting & Heat Treatment
- Our Gear Cutting Department follows the Gleason® Five Cut method for Spiral Bevel Gears, Crown Wheels, and Pinions, ensuring compliance with AGMA standards. Gears are cut using the Generation or Format® method, while Pinions are manufactured with the Three Cut Gleason Cycle, guaranteeing superior precision and durability. Straight Bevel Gears are cut using the Coniflex® System, which enhances productivity and surface finish.
- We also provide Spline Hobbing & Thread Milling, using imported hobbing machines and specialized thread milling equipment, ensuring high accuracy and consistency in production. Our Grinding Department includes internal, cylindrical, spline, and surface grinding, ensuring that components achieve optimal tolerance and finish.
- Our Heat Treatment Department ensures that each gear component undergoes gas carburizing, oil hardening, electrical degreasing, tempering, and shot blasting, ensuring enhanced durability and wear resistance. To minimize distortion, Crown Wheels are press-quenched under controlled pressure. Some components undergo sub-zero cooling for superior microstructure and stress resistance.
- To ensure smooth and quiet performance, all gears and pinions are lapped after hardening using the Gleason® Hypoid lapping process, which refines the tooth surface and contact pattern, enhancing overall gear performance.
