We provides an extensive array of sheet metal production services, such as bending, stamping, extrusion, & laser cutting. Additionally, we offer post-treatment options including polishing, coating, spraying, & electroplating to guarantee high-quality finishes.
Forgings
We operate 16 automatic advanced die-casting machines capacities ranging (100T to 3500T) and along with offer complete post-treatment and surface finishing solutions, specializing in aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy die casting.
CNC Machining
We offers quick prototyping for low-volume production runs (ranging from 20 to 5000 shots), guaranteeing the swift delivery of top-notch injection molding samples to help keep your projects on track, and helping you meet tight deadlines.
Castings
We guarantee high-quality production with more than 60 advanced injection molding machines, ranging from 50T to 3200T, along with cutting-edge dust-free workshops. Our facilities manage 4.5 million shots each month, which includes product assembly.
Gears
We provides more than 200 CNC applications, featuring 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining, as well as CNC milling, turning, wire cutting, and EDM. We offer a diverse selection of material options, ensuring precision with an accuracy of up to 0.005mm.
Sheet Metal
We integrates CNC machining, 3D printing, and vacuum casting to swiftly create high-quality sheet metal prototypes. Additionally, we provide a range of surface finishing options tailored to your specific requirements with premium quality prototypes
