Advanced Gear Cutting & Heat Treatment
- Our Gear Cutting Department uses the Gleason® Five Cut method for Spiral Bevel Gears, Crown Wheels, and Pinions, ensuring AGMA compliance. We use Generation and Format® methods for gear cutting and the Three Cut Gleason Cycle for pinions. Straight Bevel Gears are manufactured using the Coniflex® System for improved precision, productivity, and surface finish.
- We offer Spline Hobbing and Thread Milling using imported hobbing machines and specialized equipment for precise, consistent production. Our Grinding Department provides internal, cylindrical, spline, and surface grinding to achieve tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
- Our Heat Treatment Department uses gas carburizing, oil hardening, electrical degreasing, tempering, and shot blasting to enhance gear durability and wear resistance. Crown Wheels undergo controlled press quenching to minimize distortion, while sub-zero cooling improves microstructure and stress resistance in selected components.
- We lap all gears and pinions after hardening using the Gleason® Hypoid lapping process. This refines tooth surfaces and contact patterns, ensuring smooth, quiet operation and improved gear performance.
